ABOUT ZENPIRE
Two hundred people across twenty-six countries, building the apps merchants run their stores on. Engineers, designers, support and marketers who have all shipped e-commerce software before.
WHO WE ARE
Everyone on the team has run a store, supported merchants, or shipped commerce software before. We’re not building from theory — we’re building for problems we’ve lived ourselves.
That experience shapes how we operate: no agencies, no outsourced support. Product, engineering, design and customer experience all sit in-house, working the same weekly rhythm across every timezone we cover.
HOW WE WORK
With the team spread across twenty-six countries, how we work matters more than where we work.
Every roadmap starts with a real merchant conversation. If it does not make someone's store easier to run, it waits.
Small teams own whole products end to end — from the first sketch to the support inbox.
Decisions live in writing so nobody needs to be awake to be included. Meetings by exception.
We would rather ship one thing merchants love than five they tolerate. Quality is part of the deadline.
Our Team
A global team with proven experience building and scaling SaaS for DTC brands — leadership from Google, Sony Music, Warby Parker, SinglePlatform, and Wonderment.

The way we build
No secret method. Just three habits every team here repeats, week after week, on every app we make.
Step 01
Support tickets, merchant calls and store walkthroughs are shared with everyone — engineers included. Nobody builds from a brief alone.
Step 02
Small releases, visible progress. A designer, an engineer and a support lead sit on the same thread until it is live.
Step 03
The team that ships a feature answers for it. Merchants talk to the people who actually built the thing.
LET’S TALK
Whether you’re looking for ROI-focused apps for your store or thinking about selling your Shopify app, we’re worth the conversation.
